| Logistics | ||||||
| Location: We will be staying at Lakemont Pines in Arnold, CA. Lakemont pines is a community of year-round and vacation homes. Arnold is located in the Calaveras County just north of Angels Camp. It is 116 miles from Davis and 106 miles from Merced. | ||||||
| Transportation: Transportation will be provided. Vans will be leaving UCD at 1pm on October 2nd, from the parking lot by the tennis course and PES. UCM students will have a car for transportation to Arnold, and should leave UCM at 1:30 pm. Participants needing to arrive or depart before the rest of the group will need to make your own arrangements, and please notify Kate if you plan to do so, as it's important to participate each day. | ||||||
| Meals: All meals will be provided by the program. We will have continental breakfast, boxed lunches and full dinners catered at the lodge. Notify Kate if you have any dietary restrictions. Vegetarian options will be available. |

Lodging: We have rented 5 large vacation cabins for our group. The cabins all have modern amenities, like bathrooms, showers, and kitchens. While not everyone will have their own room, everyone will have their own bed. IMPORTANT: Participants will need to bring your own linens (bed sheets and towels). Room and cabin assignments have been made, please email Kate if you have questions about your assignment. |
